Time and Frequency Systems

TRAK’s modular Time and Frequency Systems are largely built around a base unit with additional modules offered as your applications require. Model 9100  is a dual-redundant modular unit designed for high reliability applications requiring uninterruptable 24-7 service. As a system they become Primary Reference Standards for Communications Networks, Satellite Ground Stations and Mobile Radio Base Station synchronization.

Redundant GPS Reference modules include high stability OCXO oscillator or Rubidium oscillator, GPS receiver, Time and Frequency generator and NTP Servers. The outputs of each GPS Reference module is fed to a passive backplane.

There are six, four-channel distribution module slots providing 24 outputs. For increased versatility, the Model 9300 Distribution Unit is available producing additional output. Up to four Model 9300s may be daisy-chained to a single Model 9100 providing 216 ultra-stable reference frequencies, pulse rates and telecom T1 and E1 clock rates outputs.

A Fault Sense module (FSU) provides the system remote configuration and monitoring through Ethernet and RS-232. Ethernet configuration is provided through HTML web interface and remote monitoring through SNMP with an enterprise MIB as well as through Telnet or SSH using the Command Line interface. The RS-232 configuration monitoring and control is provided through Command Line interface.

Redundant AC/DC or DC/DC power supplies provide power to the system. A single power supply can power the entire system.
